Jesus said, "I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)

At St. John's we strive to witness to the love of Jesus in all that we say and do. Jesus loved the world so much that he died on the cross to save us from our sins. As Jesus' followers we want to share that same love with our community and the wider world.

We show the love of God by:

gathering food to share with those who are hungry.

welcoming all who come here curious about the gospel.

caring for children in the Friedensburg Christian Preschool and teaching children about God through programs like Sunday School, VBS, and Saturday Night JAM.

seeing the needs of our community, our state, our nation, and our world and responding.

We share the love of Jesus through many ways, including action and prayer. If you or someone is in need of prayer, if you have a question about the church, or if you have noticed a need in the community, please contact us below! We are happy to hold folks in prayer, answer questions, and brainstorm ways to help love people in Jesus' name!
